O ur Client is a worldwide leading provider of car hire services seeking an experienced and driven manager with the ability to mentor and provide leadership to a small sales team.

While being the principal generator of large new corporate business, you will also be responsible for profitably managing the delivery of corporate business sales targets in WA and SA.

The Attributes you will possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills and drive to deliver quality outcomes for both external and internal customers.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to make informed, realistic commitments and to deliver on these commitments.
• Significant business to business experience in both account management and new business generation roles.

The Skills you will need:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• An understanding and application of the use of metrics to provide accountability and measure performance.
• Strong project management, negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of a broad range of fundamental business processes including accounting, customer service, sales, HR, business planning, etc.

The highly-desirable but not essential skill sets:

• Experience in car rental or a related industry is preferred.
